Q1: I want to cancel the order.
A1: If you need to cancel the order, please contact service@dimplemaker.com. Cancellation can only be made before the package shipped out. If the package is already in transit, the order can not be canceled.

Q2: When my order will be shipped?
A2: Your package will ship out within 1-2 business days. We will contact you if there is any special case.

Q3: How can I return my order?
A3: Please contact service@dimplemaker.com and let us know the reason why you want to return the items. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Q4: I bought the wrong items/ the items were not compatible with my vehicle.
A4: Please contact service@dimplemaker.com and we will help you to solve the problems.

Q5: Do you shipped to Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, etc.?
A5: We can ship to most countries with no additional shipping charges.

Q6: Do you have any discount? How to use discount code?
A6: If we have a special offer, the discount code will be displayed at the top of the website. When getting a discount code, please put the code in the box to apply to the order at checkout.
